Double Chocolate Disaster

Double Chocolate Disaster Label
Double Chocolate Disaster is a double-chocolate stout brewed with raw, unadulterated cocoa powder, in such great amounts that philosophers ask themselves "Why?" after they've finished screaming "WOW!!!". So what was wrong with just normal chocolate stout? Nothing. Ask yourself, "Will normal chocolate stout be freakishly unnatural?" Not by a long shot.

Brewer's Thoughts:
After I had some shortcomings with my first stout (which came from a pre-packaged kit), I vowed to avenge myself one day with a stout to end all stouts. This stout uses quality American specialty grains to add a dose of chocolate, coffee, and caramel flavors. An extra helping of British malt provides the main fermentables, while American-grown hops add the bitterness, flavor, and finish to this beer.
