Drunk Man's IPA is an India Pale Ale (IPA) with a toasty character
behind it's hoppy facade. When I say a toasty character, I mean there's
really some dude hiding back there. Well, not really, but if that character
shows up and surprises you, don't say that I didn't warn you.

Brewer's Thoughts:
I brewed this to redeem myself a little bit. Some of my beers have
turned out as tasty brew, but missed their intended style by a few marks.
This beer's recipe was intentionally changed from my normal, by using
a different malt extract brand and style along with double the hops, I
figured I'd surely move into some new territory. To really hit the
punchline on this IPA, I used a Centennial hop to finish the flavor.
Centennial is a super-charged version of Cascade; both are very floral
and fall in line perfectly with the flavor that most overly-hoppy
pale ales strive for. At the baseline, there's very light caramel flavor
influenced by a slightly roasted malt flavor. This should be a richly
flavorful IPA, pleasing hopheads and traditional beer drinkers alike.
